Finance & Strategy, GTM - Korea

We are seeking a Strategic Finance, GTM member to join our Finance team at Anthropic to partner with sales counterparts. In this role, you will be a key partner to our go-to-market teams, providing financial expertise and guidance to support strategic decision-making.

• Provide expert guidance, recommendations, and influence to go-to-market stakeholders on financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation decisions
• Partner cross-functionally to drive analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions across revenue goals, sales capacity planning and key strategic initiatives
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and insightful financial reports, analyses, and forecasts, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Collaborate with other members of strategic finance, FP&A, and accounting counterparts to align go-to-market with broader financial strategies
• Establish and implement reporting dashboards and scorecards to track key operational and financial metrics
• 10+ years in experience across strategic finance, go-to-market finance, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, and investment banking
• Exceptional analytical skills with an ability to synthesize data into compelling insights and develop/maintain complex financial operating models
• Extraordinary problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to navigate complex financial challenges
• Comfort working cross-functionally and adept at communicating complex financial information to non-finance audiences
• Excitement about working in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt well to change
• Bias towards action, strong work ethic, and experience driving operational outcomes under tight timelines
• Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
• Passionate about Anthropic's mission to build safe, transformative AI systems
• GTM Finance Business Partnership experience
• A combination of 10+ years in strategic finance, paired with several years prior across private equity, growth equity, venture capital, consulting, and investment banking
• Experience with consumption based and/or complex business models
• High knowledge of and interest in effective go-to-market strategies including deal-desk management
• Background in AI, ML, or related technologies
