Associate Google Cloud Learning Lead, gReach Program for People with Disabilities or Veterans (장애인 or 보훈대상자) (English, Korean)

The gReach Program is a 12-month paid upskilling program for early career and industry professionals (with less than 5 years of working experience) with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the gReach program is to provide participants from underrepresented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals. • Help in building creative solutions to test customer needs using Google Cloud. Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including product management and engineering.
• Collaborate with customers and other Googlers to manage and motivate successful adoption of Google Cloud. Help develop recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services.
• Guide customers through the entire innovation lifecycle, building roadmaps and motivating achievement of milestones.
• Solve customer's operational issues through problem solving and technical troubleshooting, while working with internal teams to motivate resolution. Help customers get answers to product questions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in using technology and internet.
• Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.
• This role is exclusively for people who have/or are in the process of applying for a government-issued disability or veteran certificate.
• Experience in project management, relationship management and change management.
• Experience with communicating and collaborating cross-functionally.
• Excellent investigative and problem solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, trends and provide recommendations.
• Excellent organizational or troubleshooting skills.
