수석급 시스템 엔지니어/DevOps

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal DevOps / Systems Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and operation of enterprise infrastructure systems. This role requires deep expertise in Linux systems, CI/CD automation, cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking technologies.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building scalable, highly available environments and troubleshooting across hardware, operating systems, and application layers. You will work closely with engineering teams to implement automation pipelines, optimize system performance, and ensure reliable, secure infrastructure operations.

Candidates should bring 15+ years of experience in IT or telecommunications, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to independently drive complex infrastructure projects in fast-paced environments.

• Design, build, integrate, and deploy complex systems to support enterprise

infrastructure.

• Develop and maintain automation pipelines to support CI/CD processes.
• Gather technical requirements and recommend scalable, efficient solutions.
• Install and configure Linux systems; perform end-to-end and pilot testing in

staging/production environments.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hardware and software layers.
• Apply patches and perform system updates to maintain security and performance.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion with minimal

supervision.

• Proven experience with installation, management, and troubleshooting of Linux

systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux).

• Hands-on knowledge of open-source tools and services: HA Clustering, HAProxy,

BIND, Apache, Nginx etc...

• Scripting and programming skills in one or more languages: Bash, Perl, PHP and Go.

Experience with software packaging, performance tuning, and system optimization.

• Strong experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using one or

more tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Drone.

• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (KVM, Hyper-V, VMware, Proxmox).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Working knowledge of databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
• Understanding of networking concepts/protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS,

HTTP, SNMP, SMTP, LDAP, DIAMETER, VLANs, routing, switching, firewalls.

• Familiarity with OS and application-level security hardening.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Docker Swarm,

Kubernetes) is preferred.

• Modern observability platforms and tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki
• Minimum 15 years of technical experience in IT or the telecommunications industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer/Telecom),
• Information Technology, or a related field.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver results in a fast-

paced environment.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new technologies.
