[Mission of the Role]
This position will drive the creation of simulation scenarios and synthetic dataset used in a simulation generation tool.
In this technical and operational role, you will be responsible for developing relevant scenarios, maintaining existing scenario sets, and utilizing the tool of advanced features to provide synthetic data for developing/evaluating vision perception algorithms. This is a high visibility and collaborative role, where you will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Product and, Engineering.

As autonomous driving technology advances, collecting real-world road data is becoming increasingly challenging. As a result, the demand for simulation tools and synthetic data is rapidly growing, especially among global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers.
This position remains relatively rare in the domestic market but is gaining traction worldwide. With hands-on experience in specialized tools, you can explore diverse career paths such as technical support or solution engineering. There is also strong potential to expand into adjacent fields like generative AI, making this a unique and strategic opportunity for long-term career growth.
[Key Responsibilities]
- Creating synthetic datasets and scenarios for developing/evaluating vison perception algorithms.
- Deriving necessary scenarios after collecting and analyzing requirements from engineers
- Maintaining / Improving existing synthetic dataset and scenarios
- Communicating synthetic data service/tool providers to generate reasonable quality of synthetic data
[Basic Qualifications]
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in the automotive industry
- Understanding of the safety verification and validation process for vehicle software
- Adequate documentation skills in Microsoft Offices, Confluence, JIRA, etc.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Korean is preferred
[Preferred Qualifications]
- Ability to code in a scripting language (e.g. Python) to automate workflows
- Experience or Knowledge of perception/vision processing, cameras, LiDAR, and vehicle sensors
- Experience or Knowledge of Prompt Engineering for effective interaction with LLMs and multimodal models
