• 신규 과제 발굴 및 제안서 작성(산업 동향·기술 트렌드 분석 포함)
• 과제 수행 관리(성과 지표 관리, 산출물 작성, 참여기관 협업, 보고서 작성)
• 과제 종료 정산, 감사 대응 및 행정 업무
• 내부 R&D 프로젝트 관리 및 사업화 지원
• IR 자료 제작
• 학사 이상(전공 무관, 이공계·경영·행정 전공 우대)
• 정부 과제 기획·수행·정산 경험 2년 이상(연구소·스타트업·대기업 무관)
• 보고서 작성 능력(Word, Excel, PowerPoint 숙련)
• 대내외 커뮤니케이션 및 일정 관리 능력
• 해외 여행에 결격 사유가 없으신 분
• VLM , Agent, AI Model, 컴퓨팅 파워 등 관련 경험자
• 정부출연 연구소 또는 기업 부설연구소 경력자
• R&D PM 경험 또는 연구관리 전문인력
• AI/3D/디자인·제조 관련 R&D 경험자
