- 1、本科及以上；
- 2、材料，物理；
- 3、5年以上该岗位（方向）工作经验；
- 4、精通pvd（尤其是磁控溅射）技术原理，熟练掌握相关设备操作流程，充分理解氧化物陶瓷薄膜材料工艺-组织（结构）-性能之间的关系
