About The Role

  • 1、了解客户服务需求信息，进行有效跟踪并提供技术支持；
  • 2、做好服务现场安装、调试和指导工作；
  • 3、熟悉公司产品，解答客户提问和指导工作；
  • 4、与公司紧密配合，维护客户关系；
  • 1、25-40大专及大专以上学历，电气、机械、自动化、机电相关专业；
  • 2、具备较强的语言表达沟通能力，踏实肯干，可以接受长期出差；
  • 3、具备较强的客户服务意识，做好售后服务和指导工作；
  • 4、有2年以上110kV、220kV GIS现场安装服务工作经验者优先。
