Engineer – IT Infra

Job Title Engineer – IT Infra Reporting Structure Reports to Manager – IT Infra (Mumbai location) Education University degree in the field of computer science or IT. Experience/ Qualifications · Minimum 2 years of IT infrastructure experience with hands on and core experience in Microsoft products such as AD, Group Policy, Exchange 2019, VMware O365, Windows Endpoint OS and Servers. · Knowledge of installing & administering Operating Systems, laptop imaging and hardening. · Knowledge of Antivirus and Security Solutions. · Knowledge in Patch Management & Backup solutions. · Knowledge related to AMC, licenses and inventory management. Responsibilities · Day-to-Day IT support and operations related to AD, Exchange, Email gateway and O365 application issues. · Windows & MAC laptop and desktop troubleshooting with installation of software’s. · License, Patch Management, Backup Management. · Ensure all the endpoint machines are hardened as per corporate policy and our compliance. · Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken or installation activities. · Ensure Vulnerability & Patch management across the environment & maintain records of the same. · Provide timely resolution to service issues raised by users as per SLA. · Interact with vendors for hardware and software related issues. · Manage IT Asset and keep inventory up to date. · Monitoring the system daily and respond immediately to security/usability concerns. Certifications · Microsoft Certification Preferred · ITIL Location Navi Mumbai Employment type All positions are on fixed term contract on a full-time basis exclusively for ReBIT, initially for a period of five years, extendable by mutual consent
