**Customer Service Representative – German**

Your main tasks will include

• Managing and tracking orders from customers in Germany
• Maintaining existing customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing high-quality service
• Handling logistics coordination tasks and collaborating with freight carriers
• Proactive cooperation with production planners and supply chain representatives
• Supporting the sales team
• Managing unexpected events and minimizing their impact
• Participating in the optimization of internal processes

**Required Profile**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications

• **Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage**
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• **Fluency in German**
• **SAP knowlegde is an advantage**
• English knowledge is conversational
