Position Overview The Sr. Executive – US Accounts will be responsible for managing end-to-end US accounting processes, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, financial reporting, payroll compliance, and real estate accounting. This role requires strong technical expertise , attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel tools. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Accounting Perform monthly and yearly bookkeeping and accounting projects. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly and annual financial statements. Reconciliations Conduct bank, credit card, and account reconciliations. Accounting Principles Handle accounting under accrual and cash basis principles. Specialized Accounting Manage real estate accounting and related software applications. Payroll Management Process payroll and ensure compliance with US payroll tax filings (Forms 940 & 941). Compliance & Documentation Maintain knowledge of all accounting forms and documentation. Task Management Prioritize tasks and deliver results under tight deadlines. Key Success Measures C lient – Client Satisfaction, Associate Retention and Attraction Financial – Reduced cost-to-serve/optimization, Profitability improvement Operational – Defined Structure, Improved Employee Value Proposition People – Higher associate engagement, lower attrition Education, Skills & Experience 3+ Years of experience. Bachelor or M aster’s degree in accounting. CA or CA inter or CPA Strong Technical, Interpersonal, Communication skills and team handling skills Should have good English communication skills - Verbal and written Should have good reviewer and query resolving skills US Accounting knowledge Us Payroll knowledge. Advance knowledge of QBO, QBD, Xero and advance excel Comfortable with US shift . Work Model 03:00 PM IST – 00:30 AM IST (Indian Summers) 04:00 PM IST – 01:30 AM IST (Indian Winters )
