Job Position Title: IN_Associate_Business Analsyst_D&A_Advisory_Mumbai Responsibilities: 2+ Years of experience within the financial services industry (Banking, NBFC) · Strong knowledge of Balance sheet management including various Banking Book products (like deposits, loans, repos etc.) and comprehensively understands the impact of changes in the interest rates. · Experience working in a Change management project for global banks/ financial institutions. · End-to-end technology implementation project related to Finance/Accounting data. · Experience in writing BRDs/FRDs, process diagram and Requirement traceability matrix (RTM) · Exposure to SDLC / Agile · Ability to work independently with teams across different geographies. Secondary Skills: · Understanding Technology stack that supports banking operations. · Understanding data model and its architecture. · Understanding of banking operations · Experience in Test Case/Scenario creation for QA and UAT · Proficiency in Python, SQL; Tableau/MS SAC is a good to have skill · Strong team building, partnership, and collaboration skills · Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening.
