Job Position Title: IN_Sr Associate_Tableau _D&A_Advisory_Bengaluru Responsibilities: · Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau • - Connect and integrate data from multiple sources including Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, and other databases • - Develop optimized and user-friendly visualizations, KPIs, and metrics • - Provide end-to-end support including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and incident resolution • - Collaborate with global business users during US/night shift hours • - Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective dashboards • - Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction • - Implement data validation and quality checks in dashboards • - Optimize dashboard performance (extracts, filters, calculations) • - Monitor data refreshes and ensure SLA adherence • - Document dashboards, data sources, and processes • - Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance • Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise Tableau dashboards and workbooks, including lifecycle management of ~200 dashboards and ~236 Tableau workbooks Mandatory skill sets: Tableau & SQL Preferred skill sets: Tableau Certified Data Analyst or Tableau Certified Architect / Server Administrator certification Years of experience required: 4 to 7 years Education qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MBA/M.E/M.Tech
