Job Description & Summary: PwC India is seeking a highly skilled Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and implementing Profisee MDM solutions. This is a technical role focused on mastering the Profisee platform to support enterprise master data governance, data quality, and data integration processes. Job Position Title: IN_Manager_Profisee MDM_D&A_Advisory_PAN India Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement master data management solutions leveraging the Profisee MDM platform tailored to complex enterprise requirements. Configure Profisee data models, business rules, data quality validations, and workflows to enforce data governance policies. Develop custom Profisee modules and integrate with enterprise systems through APIs, connectors, and data integration tools. Collaborate with data governance teams and business stakeholders to define master data strategy, stewardship, and lifecycle management processes. Perform data profiling, cleansing, matching, and survivorship rule implementation using Profisee capabilities. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize master data processes ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and performance. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including design specs, architecture diagrams, and test scripts. Support migration and onboarding of data sources into Profisee platform including ETL/ELT pipelines setup. Work closely with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs within Profisee MDM. Stay updated with Profisee platform new features and best practices to continuously improve MDM solutions. Mandatory skill sets: Hands-on experience configuring and implementing Profisee MDM platform features including data modeling, business rules, workflows, and data quality. Strong knowledge of master data management concepts such as data governance, data stewardship, survivorship, and matching algorithms. Experience integrating Profisee with various enterprise data sources and external systems using APIs, web services, or ETL tools. Proficient in data profiling, cleansing, matching, and merging processes within Profisee environment. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize MDM processes for performance and data accuracy. Experience supporting enterprise-level MDM implementations, ideally in multi-domain contexts (Customer, Product, Supplier, etc.). Preferred skill sets: Experience with SQL, C#, or .NET development relevant to custom integration/extensions within Profisee. Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or other ETL tools to support data integration. Knowledge of cloud environments like Azure or AWS in which Profisee may be deployed. Understanding of overall data management ecosystem including Data Quality, Data Governance tools and frameworks.
