Job Description & Summary: In this role, looking for an experienced .NET Developer to support the modernization of a old application built on <ASP.NET> MVC, NHibernate, and SQL/Oracle databases. The new application will use <ASP.NET> Core 10 Web API, Angular, EF Core, multi-tenancy, and primarily SQL Server. PostgreSQL knowledge is optional. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_.Net Developer_Application Technology_Advisory_Kolkata Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: · Understand existing <ASP.NET> MVC application structure and legacy code. · Migrate MVC/NHibernate functionality to <ASP.NET> Core 10 Web API using EF Core. · Use Angular for building the UI of the application. · Build APIs for Angular frontend integration. · Work mainly with SQL Server; PostgreSQL knowledge is a plus. · Support basic Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline activities. Mandatory skill sets: · <ASP.NET> MVC and <ASP.NET> Core Web API · Entity Framework Core · SQL Server · Angular is must · Basic Azure DevOps CI/CD knowledge · Ability to analyze legacy code and modernize it into clean Web APIs Preferred skill sets: · Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing role). · Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. · Ability to translate complex client requirements into clear functional specifications. · Attention to detail and strong documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle timelines effectively. Years of experience required: 5Yrs- 7yrs Education qualification: • BE/B.TECH/MCA or equivalent
