Job Description & Summary : We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI and data analysis to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring accurate insights and actionable reporting for stakeholders. Job Position Title: IN_Senior Associate_Business Analyst & PBI_D&A_Advisory_PAN India Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications for data and reporting solutions. Create wireframes and mockups to depict use-cases and storyboarding Develop Stored Procedures for building Datamarts and Views Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights. Perform testing, data validation, and ensure accuracy across reporting systems. Performance Analysis on visuals and recommend Optimization techniques Work closely with data engineering teams to support data modeling and integration. Conduct impact analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements. Support QA activities for data and reporting deliverables. Mandatory skill sets: · Strong experience in Business Analysis within data and analytics projects. · Hands-on expertise in Power BI for dashboard development and visualization. · Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly. · Knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts · Knowledge of data modeling and basic SQL preferred along with Stored Procedure. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred skill sets: Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (Azure preferred). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
