Job Description & Summary: PwC is hiring a Snowflake Manager with 8–12 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale data solutions on the Snowflake platform. The role involves owning end-to-end data architecture, guiding teams in building ELT pipelines and data models using Snowflake, SQL, and dbt , and ensuring high standards of data quality, performance, security, and cost optimization. The Manager will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and analytics teams, provide technical leadership and mentoring, and drive best practices across data engineering initiatives. Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) , cloud data ecosystems, and managing delivery in a consulting environment is a strong advantage. Job Position Title: IN_Manager_Snowflake Developer_D&A_Advisory_Kolkata Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimize data models and transformations using Snowflake and dbt Implement ELT pipelines leveraging Snowflake-native features (streams, tasks, clustering, SQL) Develop and maintain dbt models, tests, documentation, and deployments Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Snowflake Collaborate with analytics, BI, and business teams to deliver trusted datasets Version control and CI/CD for dbt projects (Git-based workflows) Mandatory skill sets: Snowflake, DBT Preferred skill sets: ADF Years of experience required: 8 to 12 years Education qualification: B.E/B.Tech/MBA/M.E/M.Tech
