We're to add to our team of full-stack web engineers with folks who enjoy database design, application logic, and standards-based frontends. **What we are looking for:**

• Smart
• Eager to join a growing startup
• Good at communicating and collaborating(ready to discuss features, bugs, architecture, etc.)
• Knowledge and interest around Database technologies and “Big Data”
• Language never trumps experience - but if you know Rails, Mongo and Javascript things will go faster
• Experience in advertising is a HUGE plus
