About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a growing banking and financial services organization. This role will work closely with leadership to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making, improve financial performance, and support long-term growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, tracking performance against targets.
Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Financial Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to support business planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, accounting, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, banking, or accounting.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attributes

Highly detail-oriented and organized.
Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

$75,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
