• SPAR Glasthule, 34, Glasthule Rd, Glenageary, Dublin, A96 F4W8 require a Full-Time Deli Manager to join their fantastic team.
• Successful candidates will be customer focused and have minimum 6 months previous deli management experience.
• Start time of 6.00am / Days Monday to Sunday

Objective

Ensure delivery of delicatessen targets (both in terms of sales, profitability and compliance with Hygiene Standards) through the effective supervision of delicatessen area and the personnel.

• Provide all our customers with great service
• Accurately processing orders from initial contact to delivery
• Delivering hot fresh food in a clean environment
• Prioritise and organise tasks and self to meet customer service requirements while maintaining a clean workstation
• Lead all Deli team members in health and safety ,security ,hygiene & HACCP protocols
• Ordering stock for Deli
