What You’ll Do
Full-time shop role at Oltre Castings & Design supporting our GFRC production line. Responsibilities include mixing, pouring, demolding, general shop duties, and keeping the job site clean and organized.
Day-to-Day
- Mix and batch materials, including fibers and concrete pigment
- Operate and clean mixing equipment
- Assist with spraying
- Clean tools, molds, and work areas after spraying and pouring
- Operate forklifts and cranes to move cast and finished products into assigned areas of
the facility
- Move products and materials safely
- Assist with demolding after casting
- Assist with the installation of finished products
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and punctual — that’s #1
- Willing to learn and pitch in wherever needed
- Able to follow instructions and recipes precisely.
- Hands-on work experience — construction, manufacturing, production shop,
- masonry, or similar — strongly preferred. Experienced applicants get priority. This isn't
- an entry-level "first job" role. We're growing a skilled shop, and experienced hands
- move to the top of the pile.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to differentiate colors (cannot be color blind)
