Role Overview

• We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360.
• The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade
• automation solutions. Basic knowledge of Agentic AI in RPA will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy automation bots using Automation Anywhere A360.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into automation solutions.
• Create reusable components, frameworks, and best-practice-based bot designs.
• Work on integrations with applications, databases, APIs, Excel, email, PDFs, and web systems.
• Implement exception handling, logging, retry mechanisms, and bot monitoring.
• Support production bots and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare technical documentation such as SDD, deployment guide, and support handover documents.
• Review code and guide junior developers when required.
• Explore AI / Agentic AI use cases to enhance automation workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Automation Anywhere A360.
• Good understanding of Control Room, Bot Runner, Credential Vault, queues, schedules, and deployments.
• Experience in web, Excel, email, PDF, database, and API-based automation.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Python, VBScript.
• Strong understanding of exception handling and production support.
• Basic understanding of GenAI / Agentic AI concepts, LLM integration, prompt engineering, and human-in-
• the-loop automation.

Experience Required

• 3+ years of overall IT / RPA experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Automation Anywhere experience.
• Experience in end-to-end RPA project delivery is preferred.

Good to Have

• Automation Anywhere certification.
• Experience with IQ Bot / Document Automation / OCR tools.
• Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or similar platforms.
• Experience in mentoring junior developers.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
