About The Role

Responsibilities Own the overall performance of the renewal business by driving client retention, revenue stability, and sustainable portfolio growth. Develop and execute renewal strategies to maximize account retention, protect revenue, and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts. Oversee renewal operations across assigned territories, brokers, and agents to ensure alignment with company goals and retention objectives. Identify portfolio risks, monitor renewal performance, and implement timely interventions to minimize attrition and revenue leakage. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and customer behavior to support strategic business decisions. Prepare and present renewal performance reports, market intelligence, and business insights to senior leadership. Recommend and implement strategies to strengthen market competitiveness, defend market share, and improve renewal outcomes. Translate business strategies into actionable operational plans and monitor execution to achieve renewal targets. Balance customer retention objectives with profitability by ensuring appropriate pricing, margin management, and long-term business sustainability. Lead, coach, and develop the renewal sales team, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless renewal execution and an exceptional customer experience. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards throughout the renewal process. Experience Minimum of 6–10 years of progressive experience in Corporate Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or Renewal Management. Proven experience in B2B sales, client retention, contract renewals, and account portfolio management across diverse industries. Demonstrated success in leading sales or renewal teams, managing key accounts, developing retention strategies, and achieving revenue growth and retention targets. Experience in the healthcare, insurance, HMO, or financial services industry is an advantage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, people management, and coaching skills. Excellent strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CRM or sales management systems is an advantage. Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to corporate sales and account renewals is preferred.
