Operations and Accounts Trainer

Job Title: Operations and Accounts Trainer Division: Operations Division Department: Support Department Reports to (Position of Immediate Superior): AM, Operations and Accounts Position Accountability Statement: Accountable for the implementation of ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) Framework across Operations and Sales Division. Primary Job Responsibility : Conducts TNA and prepares TNA reports. Assists and coordinates learning and development programs designs for e-learning and instructor-led training. Develops learning materials using various platforms and methodologies. Develops, standardizes and reviews the training materials. Delivers L&D solutions to support team’s needs and development outlined in the overall L&D strategy using a blend of methodologies including e-learning, self managed learning, remote delivery, management cascade, classroom and on job learning as appropriate. Undertakes evaluation of all L&D interventions and prepares reports of training sessions conducted.
