Your Tasks Lead the creation of detailed technical designs within a big ServiceNow implementation project. Serve as an expert advisor for the roadmap planning and product backlog prioritization. Mature architectural solutions to meet high cross functional requirements. Transfer technical and functional requirements into the product backlog. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders such as external implementation partners and internal system capability teams to implement ServiceNow applications. Provide guidance and support to ServiceNow administrators and developers.
