Technical Lead & Solution Specialist Cloud

We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Associate for managing and supporting large-scale Microsoft Email Suite environments for enterprise customers with user volumes exceeding 300,000 users. The candidate will be responsible for administration, troubleshooting, optimization, security, governance, and operational support of Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and related messaging technologies in a high-availability enterprise environment. The role requires strong technical expertise, ownership mindset, incident management capability, stakeholder coordination, and experience in enterprise-scale Microsoft cloud and hybrid messaging infrastructure.
