About Us: Join our dynamic team at Noventiq (Cambodia) Co., Ltd, where we are committed to driving digital transformation and enhancing security across various industries. As a Data/AI Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and gain hands-on experience in the fields of data analytics and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities: Copilot Studio: assist in configuring/updating agents (vs. design/develop custom agents) Agent development: support build + testing (vs. build and deploy) Power Automate: assist in creating/updating flows with guidance (vs. create back-end logic) Integrations: help with API testing/connector configuration (vs. develop and maintain custom connectors) Prompting: draft/refine prompts + run tests (kept, but framed as support) Governance/security: follow practices + escalate issues (vs. collaborate to ensure compliance) Use cases/demos/implementation: reframed to help gather/document, support demos, assist testing/feedback Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and reports. Support AI adoption initiatives by helping gather and document customer/business requirements and mapping them to potential Microsoft Copilot use cases. Support the team in preparing and running demonstrations of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio scenarios (setup, walkthrough materials, and Q&A support). Support Copilot implementation activities (e.g., updating topics/prompts/actions, validating access and permissions, assisting with testing, and collecting user feedback) under supervision. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Interest or foundational understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio. · Basic Power Platform knowledge (Power Automate, connectors, Dataverse) and how it ties to Copilot Studio actions · Basic understanding of RAG and grounding copilots with enterprise sources (SharePoint/OneDrive) · Familiarity with prompt engineering fundamentals and iterative testing · Awareness of Responsible AI + security in M365 (privacy, access control, permissions) and willingness to follow governance. · Ability to write/troubleshoot basic scripts/APIs ( Python/JavaScript/PowerShell ) for integration/automation/validation. · Hands-on mindset for documenting and improving performance (test cases, logs, user feedback) What we offer: Attractive allowance for full-time program (who can join us at least 30 hours/week); Working time: Mond-Fri, 8am - 5 pm; flexible working time; On-the-job training and participation in practical projects; Opportunities to work with global colleagues from different cultures; Performance review and upgrade Full-time employee; Other activities: exciting engagement events, Training opportunities, etc. Don’t forget to include your CV and cover letter.
