Job Description: Transformation Specialist Role Overview As a Transformation Specialist , you are the bridge between ambitious business visions and tangible technological execution. You will act as a strategic advisor to C-suite executives, leveraging your deep industry expertise and "Big 4" consulting rigor to navigate complex digital landscapes. Your mission is to understand a client's core business objectives and translate them into a high-impact roadmap, working closely with Noventiq’s Centers of Excellence (CoE) to deliver world-class solutions. Key Responsibilities Executive Advisory & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted partner to CxOs. You will build and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring Noventiq is viewed as a strategic ally rather than just a vendor. Strategic Discovery: Lead deep-dive sessions to uncover customer business objectives, pain points, and market opportunities. Solution Translation: Convert high-level business requirements into comprehensive technology strategies. You don’t just "sell products"—you architect transformations. Collaboration with CoE: Work hand-in-hand with Noventiq’s Centers of Excellence to ensure technical designs align perfectly with the promised business outcomes. Industry Thought Leadership: Apply your deep domain knowledge (e.g., FSI, Manufacturing, Retail) to provide benchmarks, trends, and competitive insights to clients. High-Stakes Presentation: Create and deliver compelling business cases and transformation pitches that resonate at the board level. Core Competencies Competency Expectation CxO Communication Ability to speak the language of "Value and ROI" rather than just "Features and Specs." Consultative Selling Proven methodology in identifying needs and building consensus across diverse stakeholders. Technical Translation Deep understanding of how Cloud, AI, and Cybersecurity drive business agility. Presentation Skills Expert-level storytelling and data visualization to simplify complex concepts. Qualifications Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in strategic consulting or business transformation roles. Background: Proven track record within a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) or a top-tier strategy boutique is highly preferred. Industry Expertise: Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in at least one major vertical market. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; an MBA is a significant advantage. Soft Skills: Exceptional emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and a "challenger" mindset.
