Director of Teaching Fellows

The Director of Teaching Fellows will provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management for the North Carolina Teaching Fellowship Program. The Director is responsible for: staffing the North Carolina Teaching Fellows Commission; developing and coordinating marketing and recruitment efforts for the North Carolina Teaching Fellows program, including proactive, aggressive, and strategic recruitment of potential recipients; supervising Teaching Fellows staff, including the Assistant Director of the North Carolina Teaching Fellows program; and managing key benefits of the Teaching Fellows program, including professional development and debt forgiveness, in partnership with institution program directors and the North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority.
