Senior State Budget & Policy Analyst

The Senior State Budget Policy Analyst serves as the institution’s subject matter expert on State appropriations and legislative funding impacting the University of North Carolina System. This position provides strategic analysis of State budget proposals, legislative actions, and funding allocations affecting the institution. The analyst monitors and interprets State budget developments, supports implementation of State appropriations, and provides financial and policy analysis to inform institutional leadership. The role works closely with the UNC System Office, Government Relations, and campus leadership to ensure effective use, compliance, and strategic planning related to State funding.
