Location: Uttar Pradesh (Agra / Kannauj / Farrukhabad / Mainpuri belt) Open Positions: 2 The Potato BU is a key strategic sourcing category driving farm-gate procurement, trader partnerships, mandi intelligence, and cold storage linkages across major potato-growing clusters in Uttar Pradesh. Responsibilities ● Establish strong sourcing network across farmers, traders, commission agents, and cold storages ● Drive mandi intelligence and supply planning for consistent volume and quality ● Negotiate commercial terms and manage credit cycles ● Onboard and manage sourcing vendors (including EKYC) ● Ensure smooth coordination with operations and logistics teams ● Build and lead field sourcing teams across clusters ● Maximize Ninjacart’s share of business in assigned region What You’ll Need ● Strong network in UP potato belt ● Deep understanding of mandi ecosystem and crop cycles ● Experience managing field teams ● Strong negotiation and commercial acumen ● MBA / Agri background preferred
