IT Key User (m/w/d)

Preparing internal reports and communications in accordance with the site manager’s requirements Providing WMS and IT support to all users as needed Training new users within the company Serving as the primary point of contact for software vendors and the central IT team Installing and maintaining hardware (desktop PCs, laptops, forklift displays, servers, telephony systems, WMS devices) Setting up WMS communication with new customers Monitoring the performance of IT systems and making recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in collaboration with the internal IT team
