About The Role

Kannada language mandatory (native language preferred. Proficiency is expected) + regional South languages (Telugu, Tamil), English, Hindi 2) Preferably having min 1-2 years of experience in Amazon Program team managing Last Mile or have worked in Last Mile Operations 3) Hands on experience in successfully setting up guardrails for monitoring and improving customer facing metrics 4) Structured approach to identify the issue, analyse the root cause and address it through sustainable mechanisms 5) Experience managing/driving P&L - mainly focusing on bottom line savings 6) Relentless pursuit to successfully complete open tasks within agreed timelines 7) Consistently demonstrates successful stakeholder management to enable timely closures/implement processes 8) Proficiency in MS excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, pivot tables, queries) - mandatory 9) Has the ability to logically decipher and arrive at root cause to effectively address process anomalies 10) Sets up and drives processes to rigorously monitor effectiveness of existing mechanisms and comes up with continuous improvement recommendations to improve further
