Job Title Assistant Manager – Operations Experience: 4+ Years Job Summary Support day-to-day fleet operations by driving driver training, safety compliance, performance monitoring, and operational excellence. Ensure a disciplined, skilled, and safety-conscious driver workforce while improving productivity and service quality. Key Responsibilities Conduct induction and refresher training for drivers. Train drivers on SOPs, road safety, defensive driving, and vehicle handling. Deliver behavioural, discipline, and soft skills training. Monitor driver performance and implement corrective actions. Conduct toolbox talks, safety campaigns, and accident prevention programs. Address driver grievances and coordinate timely resolution. Maintain training records, competency assessments, and compliance documentation. Support fleet operations and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. Requirements Graduate in any discipline. 4+ years of experience in fleet operations, transport, logistics, or driver training. Knowledge of road safety, fleet operations, and driver management. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
