Knowledge Sales Orders & Kitting & Loading. •Make sure all transporters should get gate pass/ invoices and permits E Waybill on time. •Coordinate with picking and Kitting team for any urgent dispatch. •Ensure that picking team must get Move Orders on time to start work •Coordination with customer for various queries and issues •Stationery requirements for office uses with coordination with Customer. •Knowledge of export shipping documentation •Manage the absenteism and work Allocation within the team. •Prepare and share reports for dispatch discrepancy. •Weekly / Monthly reports for shortage, Excess and damage material. •Co-ordination with transportation agencies. • Ensure compliance of EHS policy Stock checking and coordination.
