Payroll Executive

This could be anything from the supply of a customised online payroll and HR solution to a fully managed outsourced solution. Working within a larger team, you will ensure accurate and timely outsourced payroll production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations. You will have previous payroll experience with a keen eye for detail and enjoy working within a team. This role will be varied, and you will work with numerous clients so there is a strong focus on client relationships and customer care. You’ll make an impact by: Ensuring accurate and timely payroll end-to-end production for various clients in accordance with statutory regulations within payroll deadlines and requirements. Servicing multiple clients as part of a team effort to deliver excellent service to our clients. Managing payroll deadlines and requirements of your own personal portfolio of payroll clients Managing import/export of new employee and timesheet data onto the payroll platform, including: Starters Leavers Absences and work plans Variations and adjustments Salary changes Changes to benefits and allowances and different contract types Child Care Voucher schemes Pension deductions Processing statutory payments. Generating payroll reports, P45s etc., using our in-house systems and Microsoft Excel. Distributing payslips to multiple platforms. Submitting reports to HMRC via RTI. Managing client billing.
