Manager - Projects

Position Details: · Position Name: Project Manager · Designation: Manager (L10) · Department: Project (Functional Area: Civil) · Company: On Roll (Permanent) · Location: Pune (Transferable according to the project) · Reports to: Head - Projects KRA & Responsibilities: Supervising and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. · Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD. · Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages. · Knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations. · Analysing engineering drawings, survey reports to guide the construction process. · Reporting project updates, milestones and delay analysis to the project in charge. · Site conflict solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication. · Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple vendor. · Planning, allocating resources, materials and equipment to optimise project efficiency. · Monitoring quality at site. · Monitoring project costs, optimization budgeted cost. · Providing technical guidance and expertise to resolve construction-related challenges. · Depth knowledge of measurement and BBS checking. · Overall knowledge of project i.e PEB, MEP and Office interior. Qualification & Work Experience: · Qualification: B. Tech (Civil) · Work Experience: More than 7 Years · Others: experience in project management at site.
