Technician (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities: You ensure that our technical systems function flawlessly and take care of their commissioning, shutdown, and monitoring during the ongoing operations of the shopping center OU.LOCATION. You carry out safety inspections on technical systems, escape routes, and other relevant areas carefully and proactively. In case of technical malfunctions, you are the first point of contact and perform initial diagnostics as well as minor repair work if necessary. Additionally, you coordinate external service providers and supervise contractors during construction measures. Your Profile: You have completed vocational training in a skilled trade (e.g., in the field of electrical or gas/water installation) or possess a comparable qualification, along with at least two to three years of experience in facility management. As a versatile craftsman, you always find the right solution for all requirements together with partners, colleagues, and supervisors, while treating others in a friendly and respectful manner. You enjoy taking responsibility for smaller projects, demonstrate an independent working style, and are willing to work in shifts and on-call duty. You are also digitally savvy and have experience with the MS Office suite. Ideally, you are familiar with operating BMS systems and programs and have basic knowledge of ventilation and electrical systems. Experience with main low-voltage switchgear systems, emergency power systems, as well as heating and ventilation technology is desirable. Excellent German language skills in spoken and written form, as well as basic English skills, complete your profile.
