Technical Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities: You ensure smooth operations in the shopping center OU.LOCATION and lead a dedicated team of technical staff. You also plan and manage budgets, maintenance and construction projects, as well as contracted work, always keeping an overview. Ensuring compliance with house rules is also part of your responsibilities. You maintain close, trustworthy relationships with tenants, authorities, and external service providers. As the central contact person for all technical matters, you represent the Center Manager during their absence. Additionally, in your role as Fire Protection Officer, you are responsible for safety in the shopping center. Your Profile: You have successfully completed a degree in Facility or Real Estate Management or Industrial Engineering, or alternatively are a certified master craftsman with equivalent qualifications. Furthermore, you bring at least three years of professional experience in a leadership role in facility management, preferably in retail. Ideally, you have also completed additional training in technical areas such as monitoring systems, control and automation technology, or fire alarm systems. You are familiar with the setup and operation of building technology, handle complex tasks, and impress with your organizational skills. You are also a team player who enjoys taking responsibility. Strong MS Office skills, fluent German, and good English skills in both spoken and written form complete your profile.
