Technician (m/f/d) with an additional role as Deputy Technical Manager

Your Responsibilities: You ensure that our technical systems run reliably and handle their commissioning, shutdown, and monitoring during the ongoing operations of the shopping center OU.LOCATION. In case of technical issues, you are the first point of contact and perform initial diagnostics as well as minor repair work if necessary. You also take on budget planning, manage maintenance and construction measures as well as contracted work, and ensure compliance with the house rules. You maintain close and trustworthy relationships with tenants, authorities, and external service providers. In the absence of the Technical Manager, you act as their deputy and serve as the contact person for the technical staff. Your Profile: You have successfully completed training as a master craftsman or technician – ideally in the field of electrical engineering. Additionally, you are well-versed in planning, setting up, and operating modern building technology and bring initial relevant professional experience. Thanks to your organizational skills, you keep a cool head even in unforeseen situations and quickly find confident solutions. You are also a team player who enjoys taking responsibility for smaller projects, impress with your independent working style, and are willing to work in shifts and on-call duty. Strong MS Office skills, fluent German, and good English skills in both spoken and written form complete your profile.
