Temporary Customer Information Assistant (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities: You are the friendly face of our shopping center OU.LOCATION and ensure that our customers always feel well taken care of – even when things get busy. You answer phone calls, provide reliable information, and make sure everything runs smoothly at the customer information desk. You are also responsible for selling and processing our gift cards. This position is hourly-based (maximum € 556 / month). Your Profile: You already have experience in office work and feel confident using MS Office. With your open and warm personality, you quickly connect with people and enjoy contributing to the team. Your strong service orientation, reliability, and flexibility in shift work make you a valuable asset to our team.
