Group Company: Galaxy Surfactants Limited (GSL) Designation: Officer Office Location: Tarapur Primary Responsibilities: To plan, organize, supervise and manage implementation of preventive & breakdown maintenance activities, Spare management To maintain and ensure safe working environment Developed logic& small phases in Rockwell and emerson system To control measuring instruments for their accuracy To maintain and monitor preventive maintenance records To support project installation & commissioning (IO’S, loop checking, Interlock checking, cold trail run, IQ OQ DQ, PQ) Creation of PR, Service PO, Job work PO through SAP To maintain and monitor monthly report To maintain and comply all Instrumentation statutory requirements To face audit & provide compliance report To cultivate the culture of TPM in the maintenance portfolio and working towards planned and predictive maintenance. Educational qualifications preferred Diploma in Instrumentation Required work experience: - Around 5 years of relevant experience in Chemical Sector
