Assistant Manager - New Projects and Technologies

Role Summary: Responsible for Safety, Quality, Schedule and Budget of Greenfield and Brown field Projects of Galaxy Surfactants Limited . Primary Responsibilities · Accountable for executing a projects with Zero Incidents · Responsible for leading project from Concept to Commissioning including Basic Engineering, Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Erection, Commissioning and Closure of large capital projects in India. · Responsible for making all process data sheets of process equipment’s like Reactors Pumps heat exchangers columns evaporators. · Responsible for designing of Process equipment’s, line sizing, P&ID review, heat and material balance. · Responsible for HAZOP PHA study of Project. · Responsible for execution of Projects at site. Installation of Rotary and Stationary equipment’s. · Involve and work collaboratively with subject experts internally and externally · Accountable for Safety performance of contractors · Responsible for Piping execution as per the 3D and Isometrics. · Driving Procurement in projects through a Techno-Commercial Team. · Responsible for commissioning of project RTFT. Reporting Team · Reporting Designation: Manager – Capacity Creation (GSL_OM_NPT_CC) · Reporting Department: Capacity Creation (GSL_OM_NPT_CC) Educational qualification B.E/B.Tech (Chemical) (Higher/Equivalent) Knowledge Requirement Good Chemical Engineering knowledge and application Knowledge of MSP & Project management will be preferred Basic knowledge required in Safety, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation for site execution related work Required Competencies People development Ability to Influence Multi-tasking ability to handled various stakeholders.
