The candidate should have strong field experience with exposure to civil construction work and CSR activities. Key Responsibilities: Support implementation of CSR projects at field locations. Coordinate civil construction-related CSR works such as school infrastructure, healthcare facilities, community assets, renovation, repair, and development work. Work with local communities, vendors, contractors, NGOs, and site teams. Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and basic site execution. Support CSR initiatives in Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment, and Livelihood. Maintain project records, reports, bills, measurements, and progress updates. Required Experience:
