About The Role

Job Title: Architect (10 Years Experience) Location: [Corporate Office / Noida] Department: Engineering Reporting To: [Engineering Head] Role Overview : We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead and manage architectural planning, design coordination, and execution support across multiple infrastructure and renewable energy projects. This role is critical to ensuring high-quality finishes, efficient space utilization, and seamless coordination across stakeholders for ongoing and upcoming strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design & Planning Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for project facilities including control rooms, administrative buildings, and townships. Plan and design landscaping elements including green spaces, plantation layouts, pathways, and outdoor amenities. Review and optimize designs to ensure functionality, cost-efficiency, and compliance with standards. Coordinate with consultants and ensure alignment with project requirements. 2. Execution Support & Quality Control Oversee architectural works & landscaping works at site , with focus on finishing quality and detailing. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent. Monitor implementation of softscape and hardscape elements (plantation, paving, street furniture, etc.) Identify and mitigate execution gaps to avoid rework and cost overruns. 3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Collaborate with civil, electrical, and MEP teams for integrated project delivery Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution Support procurement by finalizing specifications and materials 4. Strategic Projects Involvement Contribute to planning and execution of key initiatives including: Control Room / Gate complex / Office space Project townships Industrial facilities (e.g., manufacturing units) Other like Data Centre and Centre of Excellence (COE) Develop sustainable and aesthetically strong campus environments through effective landscape planning 5. Standards & Compliance Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards Implement best practices in architectural design and sustainable development Key Requirements: Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, industrial, or large-scale projects Strong experience in architectural finishes, detailing, and site execution Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools Experience in multi-project coordination and fast-paced environments Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Preferred Experience: Experience in renewable energy / industrial / township projects Exposure to large-scale developments (solar parks, factories, data centres, etc.) Proven track record of minimizing rework and improving finishing quality Key Competencies: Attention to detail (especially in finishing works) Strong coordination and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Cost and quality consciousness
