• We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) in Cebu City.
• In this role, you will assist customers by responding to inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• No BPO or customer service experience required
• Open to all educational backgrounds
• High school graduates, senior high school graduates, vocational graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates are welcome to apply
• Open to applicants with or without prior work experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays, if required
