Recruitment Associate

Responsibilities Partner closely with users/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, shift needs, and hiring timelines Manage and tap into various talent pools, leveraging job portals, social media channels, recruitment agencies, and local hiring events. Handle full-cycle hiring for retail floor positions—including sourcing, candidate screening, and structured interviewing. Administer and score psychological tests (e.g., Kraepelin, TIU, PAPI Kostick) to assess candidate suitability. Manage, design, and optimize job posts across official social media platforms to drive candidate engagement. Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate tracking systems (ATS), talent databases, and recruitment dashboards to support future vacancy planning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on mass/high-volume hiring Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Expertise in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychological assessments . Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of basic labor laws and recruitment processes.
