Product Design Specialist

Responsibilities : Create innovative designs for accessories, perfumes packaging, and home items products. Develop sketches, technical drawings, and 3D prototypes for product concepts. Ensure designs match the brand, target audience, and market trends. Collaborate with production teams to ensure patterns are accurate for mass production. Select appropriate materials, hardware, and finishes that are durable and cost-effective. Work with sampling teams to check prototypes and resolve design or quality issues. Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences, incorporating them into designs. Coordinate with merchandising, suppliers, and manufacturers to finalize designs and meet production timelines. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Min 3 years of experience in multi-category product design (bags/shoes/accessories/home goods). Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D software like Rhinoceros, Clo, etc. Knowledge of pattern-making and material usage for various products. Keeping up with trend and ability to blend creativity with functionality in designs. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with teams and stakeholders. Great attention to detail and ability to work with production limitation while ensure good execution of product design quality.
