Finance Associate

Responsibilities : Process and execute authorized financial transactions and payments accurately and efficiently. Track, monitor, and plan cash flow operations to maintain optimal liquidity. Generate comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow reports for management review. Prepare required financial data, official correspondence, and specialized reports as needed. Develop and maintain strategic payment schedules and budgetary plans to align with company goals. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 1–2 years of professional experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a brand or marketing environment. Highly motivated fresh graduates with robust internship experience are also encouraged to apply. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel) and accounting software. Sharp numerical and analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments. Full professional fluency in both written and verbal English. Strong familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws is required.
