Fit Out & Event Associate

Responsibilities : Developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensuring they are followed throughout the project lifecycle. Maintaining quality standards, ensuring adherence to design specifications, and implementing quality control measures. Managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring projects are completed within the allocated budget. Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks. Preparing project reports, documentation, and other necessary paperwork. Creating BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Create construction vendors tenders to find the best fit for the current project. Requirements : Bachelors degree in architecture, civil engineering or interior design Minimum 2 years of prior experience in commercial/retail architecture (fashion industry preferred). Experienced in store design concept, have created 3D Visual and detail drawing for the store design. Having basic MEP knowledge, including lumen calculations for store lighting design. Proficiency of 3D modeling with SketchUp, Enscape for 3D rendering, and 2D technical drawings with AutoCAD. Excellent knowledge of building materials and interior finishing. Ability to work with multiple projects and different stakeholders. English proficiency (both verbal and written)
