Textile Designer

Job Description : Assist in developing textile designs by researching trends, colors, and patterns under the guidance of senior designers. Support in creating and organizing digital and physical mood boards for design concepts. Collaborate with teams to ensure design specifications meet production requirements. Review and approve fabric samples, ensuring they align with design expectations. Maintain organized records of textile designs, samples, and related data. Coordinate with vendors to track sample production and delivery timelines. Prepare detailed product memos for fabric designs and update stakeholders as needed. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or related field. Minimum 2 years in textile design or a related role. Proficiency in textile design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop). Strong understanding of fabric properties and textile production processes. Ability to create detailed and accurate design documentation. Skilled in data organization and record-keeping. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in modest fashion industry is a plus
